Common Supply Branch Disconnection
Many terraced properties and some semi-detached properties were originally supplied with water through a common supply pipe system. A common supply pipe is a pipe that transports water from the mains supply via one common stop tap to two or more properties.
Properties having changed from a common supply to a seperate supply may still require the branch removing that originally connected to that property. Pipeline Services are able to trace, locate and remove the branch to meet current Water Authority regulations.
