We ensure that you are always able to contact the person you need to speak with and operate a one hundred per cent, twenty-four hour call our service where you are able to speak direct with an Engineer; rather than a call centre.
Real-time Trackers are fitted to all our vehicles, allowing us to see at any moment the exact location of our Engineers. This has enabled us to reduce call out times to customers by despatching the vehicle closest to the destination and has meant a great step forward in improving and developing our already efficient working practices. |
